Celebrating 11 Years of AIM: A Message from Our Founder, Scott Rust
As we mark AIM's 11th anniversary, I am filled with immense pride in what we have achieved together since its inception in 2013.
When I founded AIM, it was with a dream of creating a trade association that truly represented the needs and aspirations of all movers. My vision was to establish an inclusive, supportive, and dedicated organisation promoting the moving industry's professionalism. It has been an absolute pleasure to witness the growth of our members over the years, seeing their businesses thrive and expand and watching them collaborate to achieve even greater success.
Before AIM, only a couple of well-known trade bodies existed in the industry. We wanted something different—an association that provided practical advice and support and fostered a positive and fair environment for all movers, regardless of their size or standing. We wanted AIM to be led by someone with genuine passion and experience in the industry, ensuring that every member felt valued and supported.
Our journey hasn't always been smooth; launching a new trade association in the UK came with its challenges. However, we persevered, driven by our commitment to building an organisation that upholds quality and professionalism. Today, I believe AIM has become a respected and vital resource for our members.
As we look ahead, I am excited about the future of AIM and the continued development of our services and benefits for members. I am confident that we will continue to grow and achieve even greater things in the coming years.
