Used James 5 years ago, and again recently for house move. All the guys were so helpful, taking away some of the stress! Would 100% recommend and use again.
I would definitely recommend JR Removals Group. I can honestly say that from the day that they came to pack to the actual moving date it was the least stressful thing about moving house. They were professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so much JR Removals for a smooth move to Bath.

We used JR Removals for 3 moves this year. They fully packed, moved and unpacked our home perfectly into a rental and then when our new home was finally ready they moved it all again. Very competitive pricing, sensible and friendly service without any sales pressure. The office team (Wendy) were fantastic as well and very helpful and flexible when our dates changed. All the staff were polite and professional and we had no breakages or damages at all. We highly recommend them.

I just wanted to share my fantastic experience with James and Wendy at JR Removals. I moved 250 miles with no stress, no problems, nothing broken, and provided by James whose energy and passion to do a good job was a joy. He made the process of buying, selling, moving and planning as stress free as possible. I cannot fault this company and cannot recommend them enough!

From start to finish, James and his team gave excellent service. They recently moved my 90 year old mother from Surrey to Warwickshire. They took away the stress of moving form a 6 bed house to a three bed bungalow effortlessly. They gave continued support, care and attention throughout. Also, Wendy in the office, where nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend JR Removals.

We felt supported throughout the process and the moving arrangements could not have gone better. We all worked as a team and they really did feel part of our family. From start to finish, JR Removals were excellent. From enquiry stage, booking and the actual moving day and, in our case, the unload a few days later. James and the team were excellent. The whole team were good, nothing too much trouble and care was taken with our belongings. I would use JR Removals again and recommend them to anybody needing a removal company.

JR removals were exceptional with our move. Given I was 32 weeks pregnant on move date, I expressed to James I didn't want to have to do anything and he certainly made sure that was the case, really looking after us. It was a big move for us (moving over 130 miles) and it was the smoothest move day we've ever had. Thank you so much :) We've already booked in with JR to move my parents very shortly.

I have used JR removals three times now , and I have recommended them to all my friends! They are a lovely local reliable company. They have a great team , the guys are friendly professional, and work incredibly hard all day , they just keep going ! I have large antique furniture that had to protected , they wrapped everything with such care ! Even my grandfather clock was dismantled expertly and beautifully protected , then reassembled at the new place . The guys had many stairs and very heavy loads , they were always cheerful and made me feel relaxed and the day was without stress . I want to say thank you to everyone, so helpful , real customer service with a smile !

A great service and I would recommend. James and his team were really helpful from the original quoting, house clearance and on moving day. Our move was stressful with pressure put on us to move sooner, but Wendy in the office was calm, kept us informed and came up with solutions to our problems. The removal team were also cheerful and efficient, definately what I needed at a stressful time.

JR removals were recommended to me so I gave them a call. Right from the first phone call to the last box being placed they were polite, courteous, professional and efficient. One of a very small number of times I actually felt valued as a customer. All care was taken to listen to what was wanted, assessing what was needed, providing the quotion details and handling every piece that needed to be moved. Highly recommend JR removals.

We only found JR Removals by sheer luck in our desperate attempts to find a removal company at very short notice. From the first contact with JR Removals (Wendy), it was abundantly clear that this was a company who took customer service extremely seriously. Wendy was amazingly helpful, organised and friendly.Then Kevin from JR Removals was quick to give us a quote and was clearly very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. The price quoted was roughly in the middle of the 3 or 4 other quotes we'd had and so we choose JR Removals. I am SO glad we did!All the removal guys on the day, lead by the owner James, were fantastic!! They were clearly very experienced and took great care of our belongings but they did it with charm, wit and such a pleasant demeanour that they very significantly reduced our worries and stress on the day.I can't recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend JR Removals highly enough, the owner James exceeds even the highest expectations by 1000% and there is not one weak link in the who team who all work to an excellent standard.They were professional, amenable, helpful, conscientious and friendly and went over and above in every way.If I move again I won’t even need to look around as I know who I will be going back to without hesitation.

The team that moved me last week were superb. Not only do they run a slick operation but they are really, really nice people too. They went above and beyond to make sure we got through it all and nothing was too much to ask. We even had a few laughs along the way. I highly recommend JR Removals! After seeing JR Removals name mentioned a lot on someone's feed on Facebook, asking for recommendations, we decided to give them a call .From the very start speaking to a very helpful and friendly Wendy we knew we'd made the right choice . James came to our house to give us a quote and came back with a very reasonable price . Their communications with us were great and the day of the move went so smoothly, the team were friendly and considerate and they made us feel at ease . I'd definitely use JR Removals again if we ever moved .I highly recommend James and his team if you're looking to move .

I originally had 3 removal companies to quote for our relocation and my brother was keen I contacted JR removals who had moved them a few years before and they couldn’t recommend enough. We were based in Hindhead so I wasn’t sure if they would wish to firstly come out to us to then follow through to Cornwall. However greeted by the warmest voice of Wendy when I called who said they would be happy to help, she arranged for James to come the following week. Not only was the the quote the best one we had but also James thoroughly viewed everything we had to give an accurate calculation so I felt confident that enough transport would be arranged. We kept in touch up to exchange which had been an agonising process. Other people in our chain had removers dropping out because of date changes but James remained by our side all the way giving us no stress at all, remaining constant. We were fast approaching Christmas but again James did absolutely everything to accommodate us and our move despite being busy with other work as well. JR Removals has a tight network so they can call in reliable help around the country which was reassuring too. When it came to our move James and his team were incredible, loyal and dedicated. They helped with our wrapping and packing pre move and on the day of the move it rained all day and without complaint and so much love and warmth from the whole team they proceeded in packing 2 lorries, a van and a trailer.Unloading at the other end was impressive as our new house wasn’t easy access to say the least. They managed to bring the lorries down country lanes which I feel sure have never seen such lorries before. They were prepared to unpack to a van to do easier trips down our lane but after trying it out in a van they felt confident they could take the lorries directly. Extreme driving skills! The service provided was beyond professional by the entire team, led by James who uplifted us all the way through what is inevitably a stressful time. Even though we’re now in Cornwall and JR Removals are in Crawley, I don’t think I could use anyone else again.Thank you James, Kevin, Wendy and all the team who helped us so brilliantly.

We had a complicated triple move and storage management over 12 months all done by JR Removals. James R and Wendy were on top of the entire process and extremely helpful in terms of admin and management, and for the actual moves James M, Matt and Lindsay were amazing. Truly they did a wonderful job and made a challenging week so much easier. I couldn’t be more grateful.

The service is just outstanding and we could not be happier and so grateful to James M, Lydsey and Matty. They arrived on time. Laid down protective flooring and then did not stop - all day! They are extremely careful with everything and treat items/furniture as if they're bone china or there own goods.Super friendly and fun. They made a stressful day soo much better and are competitively priced too.What more could you ask!Thank you guys.
